Refunds & Returns

  1. No Refunds
    • We do not offer monetary refunds on any tapestry.

  2. Exchanges (One Time Only)
    • If your tapestry arrives defective or you are otherwise unsatisfied, you may request a single exchange.
    • To initiate an exchange, email contact@manyblessings.com.au with photos and your order details and we will explain the process. Please note, if you are reaching out for an exchange, we’re thrilled to hear from you. This is all part of People Honouring People, and we will honour you.

  3. Return Shipping
    • You’re responsible for returning the original tapestry in “as-new” condition.
    • Returns must be sent via a tracked, signature-required parcel service to:

      PO Box TBA,
      QLD Australia
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned tapestry, we’ll dispatch your replacement (from our Australian stock) and email tracking details.

  4. Gift Purchases
    • Recipients of gifted tapestries may use the above exchange process once to select another tapestry of equal value.
